Community Service
The Fairs ‘n Squares have been active members of the community since they were founded in 1962. We have participated in food drives and fundraisers. We regularly give square dance demonstrations at retirement communities, town events, and school functions.
Food Drive
In March 2024, with the generosity of Fairs and Squares club members, we were able to collect a sizeable amount food and supplies for First Parish Church’s food pantry in Framingham.

College Scholarship
Each year we donate $1,000 to a selected local college student. Funding for this is raised by our members with contributions from the Square Dance community. We hold a raffle with hundreds of dollars in prizes to raise the funds. Recently, we had many prizes that were donated to the raffle by local restaurants, stores, and businesses.

Square Dance Demonstration
Two squares of Fairs ‘n Squares dancers provide holiday cheer with a demonstration at the Elizabeth Seton Residences in Wellesley, MA. The staff and some of the residents even joined in the fun after some initial instruction. A great time was had by all!
